While usually I support trying to make everyone happy, I have to call
fixing this a bad idea. Back with the nation select dialog, I played with
undercutting GTK. It constantly caused trouble, and produced hideously
theme-dependant results. In GTK, like HTML, the coder specifies logical
structure, and the user (through the theme) specifies the exact visual
appearance.

The aesthetically right solution is to modify the offensive theme. Trying
to fight the theme will result in greater troubles for people with
different themes and tastes, and make machine-processing of the dialog
much harder.

If you *don't* consider sharing information to be morally equivalent to
kidnapping and murder on the high seas, you probably shouldn't use the
phrase "software piracy."
