This may be a known fact already but I just downloaded and compiled
Freeciv 1.13.0 on my x86 Debian GNU/Linux box (sid) and gave it a try.

After a while I noticed that whenever I clicked on a unit supported by a
city (or in a city) in the City popup window I had a segmentation fault
and the Freeciv client died.

If you cannot reproduce this I can send you the core file if interested.
gdb says:

(gdb) p
The history is empty.
