Some like them, some like them not: the scrollbars of the
main map. Besides this, they cost real estate for the map,
and I think, any 800 * 600 resolution user would be glad
to get rid of them.

This patch makes them optional.

Somebody with gtk experience (that I don't have) can please
look through.

Please review and test. Tell me what's wrong.
