[Freeciv-Dev] Interoperability with 1.12.1 version (PR#1558)

.. doesn't exist with CVS 11 JUNE 2002.
ok so far.

But connecting an 1.12.5 client with such a server makes the
client crash and dump core.

I got

civclient: packets.c:4476: receive_packet_attribute_chunk: Zusicherung
»packet->total_length > 0 && packet->total_length < (1024*64)« nicht
erfüllt.
Abgebrochen (core dumped)

and other error messages.
