Brandon Rhodes <brandon@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> has volunteered to do the editing
work for the manuals (user, client, server)

This means that, though perhaps preferable, you don't need to submit work
in html. So please, especially for the client manual, we need writers.

Just as examples of work that's needed: an explanation of various parts of
the city dialog: how to get information from the overview page, how to
change workers or make specialists; how to operate the CMA page; how to
what you can see on the happiness page. With an accompanying screenshot
(which I've provided on the ftpsite), the explanation need not be extensive.
