Having an opponent pop up a window in front of you is very annoying.
I too think that this would be a much better solution.

This is a good idea, but the score reveals information that players may
want to hide for strategic reasons, and the server should allow them to.
I suppose the overall score can be made just another variable in the
"demographics" server variable, which already governs how much info
is displayed in the Demographics report (F11).
