Apply individual patches to cvs. I don't think any recent patches will
apply to stable any longer. If interested, you can always browse through
past patches in the bugtracker (you find it on the web page). Most past
patches are archived there. Also, many recent patches are found in the
freeciv ftp incoming/ directory.
