[Freeciv-Dev] Freeciv Testing

I downloaded Freeciv testing and attempted to compile it with the no nls
option. I've successfully compiled March 5 CVS, but the testing version fails.
I'd like to know how to disable the sound patch, so I can test the other
features at least.

The make failed with the following error messages

SDL version
1.1.8

gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Linux-Mandrake 8.0 2.96-0.48mdk). It was compiled on
an Athlon 800 on an A7V mobo. If you need more details, ask.
