[Freeciv-Dev] Meeting doesn't work (PR#1257)

CVS 10 FEB 2002 GTK+ Linux i386

I have an embassy with a human player, state neutral, and can't
have a meeting with him. Nothing happens when I click on the meet
button. Server says:

1: plrno_from(1074748973) != plrno0(0) and plrno1(1)
1: last message repeated 2 times

Login 1. as chris, 2. as Primoz Trubar, in chris session
press F3, mark Primoz Trubar, click on "Meet".
