This is a small update. Changes since last patch:
- fixed a bug that stopped most server-initiated sounds from playing
- abused several more freelogs and asserts
- added a single sound hook for tech advances. only one sound for all
techs for now. i'll expand this if more sounds start showing up.
- random sounds func removed since i can't imagine anyone using it, and
i'd hate to add more dead code to freeciv (was great fun with aliens
modpack tho)
- removed sound hook on chatmsg (called too often to be useful)
- several minor/cosmetic fixes
I'm starting to think it is inclusion-worthy. I still haven't figured out
Christian's bug tho. Mostly tested with SDL.
Christian: Can you try with this patch, as it contains more debug info,
and send me the results, again?
