Hello!

There are a lot of misspellings and non-Hungarian city names
in
the current (cvs-dec02) hungarian.ruleset file.

I attach a better hungarian.ruleset. (Tested with the
cvs-dec02 version)
I added a .txt extension to it because once my attachment
was stripped
by Listar (as "unsupported binary").
