[Freeciv-Dev] Correction: New Slackware packages in incoming/

Because Martin probably has no time to fix it and it's really big problem
(well, not that big :-) ), could someone please replace old README and
package_descriptions on freeciv ftp? As they got lost from /incoming, I'm
attaching them to this message (attached freeciv-1.12.0.README should be
placed on ftp as README). Everything goes to
packages/linux/slackware/1.12.0. Thank you a lot.
