[Freeciv-Dev] gui-win32 not translated

Hello,

is it a bug or a feature that the files from client/gui-win32 are not
translated?
If it's a bug then the first attached patch will fix this. 
The second patch fixes a msmerge warning in client/gui-win32/dialogs.c :
client/gui-win32/dialogs.c:1373: warning: unterminated string literal
client/gui-win32/dialogs.c:1374: warning: unterminated string literal
As a result of this warning an incorrect entry with msgid 
"Traitors Demand" is generated in the po files.
