Setting server variables "rivers" and "grass" doesn't work as expected. For
rivers the valid range of values is (0, 999), but issuing a command "set rivers
999" the variable value is set to much lover value. If this command is issued
several times the variable is set to a higher value (the effect of this command
is not idempotent). The same problem is with the variable "grass".
