Erm, sorry, I don't like it much (but can't implement any better).
I don't like the "click 9 times go get the right sort order" thing
nor do I like the column headers.

At least I would:
- sort the project column per name and stock at the same time and
  remove all other sorting for that column.
- change the column headers like this "G+ L  S  " resp. "G  L- S  "
  if we have no real arrows. Or just highlight the letter which 
  determines sorting (w/o indicating the sort order - that is not
  necessary IMO) if that is possible.
