Well from what i know email viruses can be in a non-binary format like VB
Script so filtering binary messages wouldn't be foolproof. It would also
stop people from posting gzipped patches. I dunno if this is possible but
this is what i propose:

Since the viruses are usually for the windows platform we should filter
out file attachments with the following filename extensions:

.vbs, .exe, .com, .bat, .cmd, .lnk, .doc

If anyone remembers of some executable file extension i can't remember
please say so.

Very large emails shouldn't be allowed either. If someone wishes to send a
big patch file they can upload it to the freeciv FTP site.
