It's a message to help debug the 'bodyguard' code added to Freeciv
right after the message options were introduced.  The 'bodyguard'
makes a strong defender protect a weak defender, and is a quick fix
for the larger problems that units do not properly coordinate.
The AI author left the project right after adding this feature
and the messages have stayed there ever since.

I think I was wrong about adding them to the message options
- they should be changed to freelog(LOG_DEBUG,...) calls ...
