I am not going to release the beta tonight, as CVS has changed too much.
I will probably do it tomorrow instead, after a bit more testing.

We still need to fix the city dialog problem as reported in (PR#820). 
This should be done as it makes the city window somewhat unusable using 
german locale at least.
