Here is a patch to add two useful features to the activeunits dialog:
changing all production of a unit (I submitted this one previously, but it
seems to have gotten lost in the backlog -- now I've obsoleted that) and
finding the nearest of a unit.  These are both features I've wished for,
and the first is one I've used often in my own playing (the second I just
finished).  The diff is from the latest cvs, so patching it in should be
no problem.

P.S. I included the change-production both because I had to change some of
that code for this (just a little GUI cleanup) and so that everything can
be patched in at once.  You can safely ignore my previous submission.
