Hi guys, 

sometimes a server is blocked, if  - for what reasons ever - the 
client is not disconnected, like these two. They are like that for 
more than 2 days (look at the game number):


civserver.freeciv.org  5551  1.11.4  Waiting  1  (game 13547)  
payers welcome  18m  -

civserver.freeciv.org  5553  1.11.4  Waiting  1  (game 13611)  
players welcome   inactive


This happens I think if the client crashes faster than it was able 
to 'sent an off-line' to the server - or if the net-computer in 
between did correctly transmit the disconnect to the server.

May be you should install a routine that restart after fixed 
periode nobody has finished a turn (1h, or 2h or so).
