I noticed that the US was called "americans" in the rulesets. Is that not 
somewhat inprecise, considering there are many americans who are not from the 
United States?

Instead of 

name=_("American")
plural=_("?plural:Americans")

should it not be

name=_("United States")
plural=_("?plural:United States'")

?
