[Freeciv-Dev] save game bug (PR#709)

[root <root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

i type 'save <filename>' at the civserver prompt, but nothing seems to
save.  when i type 'civserver --file <filename>' it can't find the
file <filename>
i get :

This is the server for Freeciv version 1.11.4
You can learn a lot about Freeciv at http://www.freeciv.org/
1: Loading saved game: <filename>
1: Could not open file "<filename>"
0: Couldn't load savefile: <filename>

even after saving and gettting
file saved as <filename>.gz 
or something like that

is this a common problem or what?
