Note that "<filename>" means that you can write whatever name you want to
save as. Ie normally you would use a name like "mycivgame.sav" in
"<filename>"'s place. You can also choose to give it the name "<filename>" as
you did, but it wouldn't be a good idea as the "<>"'s doesn't work well on
the command prompt.
