Very good :) An option to set a worklist for *future* cities would serve
most of my own needs.  Oh, and loops.  ('build settlers forever')
I don't use worklists as they are now, because the only systematic
change I make is setting production to settlers in new cities.

IQ posted an AI client to the list last month.
