The next version will probably be 1.12.0.  The administrators/writers have
discussed a schedule, but haven't come to consensus yet.  It should be
within two months.

I don't know when version 2.0 will be released.  It depends upon when we
all decide that "enough" of the goals for 2.0 presented in the Roadmap
<http://www.freeciv.org/roadmap.html> have been accomplished.
