[Freeciv-Dev] Player Ranking on Civserver.freeciv.org

No one wanted to respond to my emails regarding player ranking on
civserver.freeciv.org, and I was running out of time.  We bought a
house, and when I move, I will have no time.  So, I went a head and
just created a system.  There are quite a few things that still need
work, but its working, which was my first goal.  Now we have something
to tune.

I hacked gamelog.c with the patch I posted to the list, but I am thinking
of adding a line after the current one to the gamelog, would this be ok?

We will want some sort of player authentication soon to make this a
real system.  Perhaps we could mark 'authenticated' users on this line
I mentioned above.

There is a problem if someone pics a name that has 'seperator'
characters in it. e.g. someone played as ':)' and they got entered as a
blank entry.   There are probably many more problems too, but its a
good start.
