here's the modified patch:
so if the option is set to 0 (default), no stacklimits apply and you can
put as many units on a tile as you can build. but i changed the maximum
value of the option to 256.
I'd be happy to increase it further, although i can't foresee which future
changes to the game would make stacklimits of more than 256 interesting.
