I know.  It's not a perfect solution, though.  If the transport moves
into the city on it's last move the client will put focus on another
unit, which is rather annoying.  In that case you have to go back,
select the unit in the menu, and then give the command.  There is also
the case where you have stacked a lot of units in a city for
convenience and there is no transport handy.

This might be more logical, but in my opinion (that is, as far as my
usage is concerned) this would be counterproductive (consider, for
example, the case where you move in several boatloads, and would like
to use them all at once.)

My patch was a bit hackish and probably not good for general use, but
a mechanism to allow more fine-grained control of what to 'wake up' in
the city dialog.  (When I think about it, a way to locate units of a
specific type in the military advisor would also be nice and could
possibly be persuaded to do the same job, but that's a bit premature
right now.)
