Well, I used a text editor to edit the xpm files, so ..........

Here the finally completed package. Some files diff from freeciv 1.11.0

Include as comments in the xpm files are some very brief howto on xpm file
format.
so that future xpm file hacker will be more well info.

*Currently working on mine first java application, Freeciv ScoreLog reader
that show history graph. (learning and programming at the same time)

*TODO: A scenario on south-east asia. Can someone do a howto on scenario
file format(river=?char, road=?char,.....)
