On the GNUPG list I heard that - you guess it - Win32 makes
trouble... Well, Werner Koch, the maintainer of GNUPG, has
a different opionion... Probably should have a look at
the source of  the GNU Privacy Assistant (http://www.gnupg.org/)
to find out what's true...
