Of course I don't know about every little place in Iceland, but I have checked
in 2 atlases:
* Nationalencyklopedins Världsatlas, Bokförlaget Bra Böcker
* Der Neue Atlas Der Welt, RV Verlag
The only Jokkmokk they show is the swedish Jokkmokk at 19.9° east, 66.6 °north.
The two germanic languages norvegian and german are very closely related, so it
is likely that some city names are equal between the two countries (I found
Bergen in North Dakota, Bayern, Niedersachsen, Norge, Noordholland,
Nordbrabant, ...). But Jokkmokk is a samish word and there are no samish cities
in Iceland. Samish is not even and indo-european language. So there is little
possibility to find a place called Jokkmokk on Iceland.
I also searched for Jokkmokk on www.google.com. I looked through the first ~50
hits and they were all about the swedish Jokkmokk. I found a page
(http://www.home.foni.net/~nils1/gebiete/stadt/jokkmokk.htm) that says Jokkmokk
is the capital of the samish and that the word means "Land an der Bachbiegung"
(land by the streambend) in samish.

So I still insist on a chage. I can't be more sure. Here is the link to the
