[Freeciv-Dev] Suggestion: whole map visible from the start

Hi!

As we now have "fog of war" it might be a good idea to have a server
option, which makes the whole map visible for all players from the
beginning.  When people use the map of the Earth or Europe, they know
the map anyway, so it would be ok to be able to see the map from the
start.
