Hi,

I would to ask, if it would be possible to leave Hitler out of the
list of German sovereigners. It is enough that this evil bastard
secured himself a non deniable place in out history. But he should
not get any additional fame by being listed in FreeCiv's list of
German sovereigners.

Someone how is perverse enough to give himself the name this devil
should enter this by himself.
