This patch introduces :
- nice function to get terrain flags in pseudo-OO way
- has_sweetwater (x,y) function
- is_wet (x,y) calls has_sweetwater (x,y);
( former one includes check for tile visibility )
- un-#ifdef-ed flags-using alternatives for is_land is_ocean and has_sweetwater
sweetwater.diff
