I think the problem is that you change the PACKET_PLAYER_INFO
packet, but as the unpatched client still have unmodified deserializing
functions linked in it dies horribly.
(Still with my lacking knowledge of the networking part) I think it would
be hard to get compatability, or at least not worth the effort.
