Building the Lighthouse wonder does not, as the instructions state,
eliminate the risk of losing Triremes on the high seas.

It seemed to work just fine with my 1.9.0 versions and earlier.

excerpts from game log:
Year: 180 AD
Game: The Americans have finished building Lighthouse(B) in Boston.
..
Year: 920 AD
Game: Your Trireme has been lost on the high seas.

In the above game, I was playing as the Americans, and the Lighthouse 
wonder still shows up in Boston's inventory.

This has happened fairly frequently since I upgraded my server and client.
