I forgot to mention something, if the only justification for
dont_run_as_root() is internet interaction, might want to bypass
it if only AF_UNIX is used. Something I read from some other
mailinglist: if you tell someone "Don't run me as root", you
might as well tell him "Don't run me on Windows".

The problem is sometimes those who do not have networking
configured are not aware of the existence of such option.
My other concern is: if non-unix systems does not support
AF_UNIX, can configure handle it properly so it can be compiled?
I do not have automake, neither do I have any non-unix systems.
