[Freeciv-Dev] Patch to science report

This patch changes help toggle button in gtk science report dialog
to button which opens help dialog. 

If help dialog is closed, selections in current/goal just change 
current/goal. If help dialog is opened selections also update it.

I also changed science dialog to show number of turns to finish current 
research target. 

Patch isn't as large as it seems, nobody had run indent -kr -i2 to
client/gui-gtk/repodlgs.c for a long time.
