[Freeciv-Dev] Some historical corrections for FreeCiv

Roman cities:
   "Tingis" should be removed (not a Latin name), and "Baiae"
added. "Petra" is listed twice.

German cities:
   Since your list includes the old Hansa cities now in Poland, you should add
"Danzig" and "Konigsberg"

Egyptian cities:
   Add "Bubastis", an ancient city in the Nile delta.

Indian cities:
   Add "Varanasi", "Allahabad", "Indore", "Mysore", "Raipur", "Gaya"  

Russian cities:
   "Petersburg" should be "St. Petersburg".

French cities:
   Add: "Vichy", "Rennes", "Le Havre", "La Rochelle",
"Poitiers", "St. Nazaire", "Bourges", "Le Mans", "Valenciennes",
"Montlucon", "Angoule^me".  (You'll need to fix the accent.)
