Maybe an idea moving the city some steps behind, also - it's a relatively
"new" city, built by Peter the great in the 17th century if I'm not
mistaken - and named "Saint Petersburg" so he could keep his name on the
city and still get support from the church.

ATOH, it seems to me the common sorting rule is "greatest cities first",
not "oldest cities first". Does anybody have opinions on this?
