[Freeciv-Dev] Update of norwegian translation

I've updated the norwegian translation vs the most recent code in
cvs, applied patches by Per I. Mathisen (some very good translations
there), and updated it in a few new places.

The full patch (76k gzipped) has been uploaded to the incoming-area
as no.po-000110.diff.gz

(There is a few glitches but I hope to find time later this month to
 do some more.)
