[Freeciv-Dev] Some minor gui-changes

A couple of thinks I'd like added, just wondering if this already has
been considered/implemented:

-In the change tax rate dialog, display tax income, expenses and turns
to research ala civ2

-Different default names in the race selection box, depending on sex
selected. 

-Give more options on what to display when middle-clicking on a terrain
square. (food/shield/arrows)

Just minor things, but something that wouldn't take me to long to
implement, methinks.
