[Freeciv-Dev] french translation

        I'm starting to translate freeciv into french. It's a big job so
any help is welcome, even if you can not participate a lot. Just playing
freeciv in french would help.

        So do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested, we are only
3 persons at this moment but I hope to get a bigger team.
