Well, previously I wrote:

and it was over a week ago that I wrote that...

So, consider this notice that 1.9.0 may be released in the 
next day or so, and anyone who has updated translations,
please provide them NOW! :-)

Or at least say what your status is; some delay could perhaps
be justified, but longer delay would not be IMO.  If completed
translations are not provided, I see no problem with releasing
with partial translations, such as we have now.

I do not plan on any marked strings changing, so that is not
a concern; if you are translating progressively, send what you 
have now, and then if there is further delay, more updates can 
be sent later (eg, as diffs).
