The string should be split at column 78 or 80 by inserting a '\n'.
If people play on a low resolution they will have to set their Freeciv*font and 
Freeciv*Font
small enough to have 80 characters per line - hard luck.

It would be better, but a lot more complicated, if we would have no linebreaks 
for the reason that a message is too long, just linebreaks between paragraphs.
And maybe 'softbreaks', but that doesn't even work in html.

Using a msgid that like the one below gives me the willies, by the way - but if 
people find it works ?! My fear is that the id is likely to be changed.
