[Freeciv-Dev] German city names and race ruleset

Hi,

I've compiled a long list of German city names (without Prague). In the
moment all names are in German, I haven't translated them in English yet.
Unfortunately I don't know, how fare the race ruleset has gotten. Is
everything related to races still integrated in the code or is it now in a
kind of text file?
Do you use the native language city names or the English language city
names?
Who is doing the German race ruleset?
