There aren't in the default macros of ACLOCAL.
They are distributed with every packages of gtk and imlib.

If you have downloaded a tar ball of gtk and imlib, you will have to copy 
scripts installed in /usr/local/share/aclocal (with make install) to
/usr/share/aclocal (for Debian). Also, aclocal accept only one path in
parameter.

Usually, if you use the standard package of your distributio, you will
have no problem.
