 In the future development of the AI, I agree with David, IMHO we should
completely remove it from the server, and make it available as a separate
program, as a clientside AI.

 The first step seems to be, that we should enhance the Client<>Server
protocoll to fit the AI needs. The second is to create an API for this,
and 'modularize' the AI.

About AI Diplomacy:

server side:

 Here, as a start we should improve the general diplomacy to allow
permanent treaties, diplomacy-states between players, so the AI can
determine its place in the world by examining the Intelligence, and the
relations between the others.

ai side: examine intelligence using diplomats and count the relations :)

I think, with more victims^H^H^H^H^H^Holunteers we can form an 'AI-coding
team'
