Dear Nicolas,

I would like to congratulate you on this release.  It's the first
release you've done all by yourself, and I must say, you're
doing a very good job.

Great steaming buckets of cred should go to David again.  His
tireless efforts in the engine room make Freeciv software
development a pleasure for people.  Well done David.
