No real problem.  Apr 3 was when freeciv-1.8.0pre3 was actually
uploaded (I'm not sure where the Apr 15 comes from), and then
after some delay (server problems; no important bugs found), 
that became the real 1.8.0 (notice the file sizes are 
identical ;-)  The contents are too.)

(In any case I've now updated the dates to reflect more
the official release date...)
